Carolina Collective Realty is more than just a real estate team—we’re a family helping families achieve their goals. Our journey began with a mission to create a real estate company built on culture, training, and, most importantly, guiding families through one of life’s biggest decisions.

How can you make a space feel welcoming and supportive? We’ve had the privilege of working with Amelia Aesthetics, and in conversations with Gretta Nance, their Director of Brand Strategy, and Gianna Malena, a nurse in Raleigh, we’ve seen firsthand how much intention goes into every part of the patient experience.

Their work is centered on one clear mission: creating a space where women feel understood, cared for, and supported at every step. Here’s a glimpse into the work they do and why our partnership with them has been so meaningful.

Women at the forefront. From the very beginning, women have been at the core of who they serve. In an industry where many practices weren’t designed with women in mind, Amelia Aesthetics set out to do things differently. Every detail, from communication methods to patient interactions, is created with women and moms in mind. The team, both clinical and non-clinical, consistently asks, “If we were a woman walking into this consult, pre-op, or surgery, what would we need today?”

Patient experience. One of the things we admire most is how much thought goes into the “patient experience” even before someone steps into the office. Their website highlights real patients rather than stock images, giving women the chance to share photos and short stories. The patients can freely voice out why they chose Amelia and what they took away from the experience.

The new Med Spa space. Currently, Amelia Aesthetics is in a “crafting and growing” phase, moving into a beautiful new Med Spa space. The team is considering not just the patient experience, but also how the space functions for providers and meets practical needs like storage. From functional work areas to outlets, reliable Wi-Fi, and inviting spaces, every detail is intentional. The goal is to make patients feel welcome and comfortable while supporting the work of the team behind the scenes.

“Putting women first shows up in the way they design their spaces, processes, and interactions.”

Addressing gaps in women’s healthcare. Through years of clinical experience, they’ve seen how often women’s concerns are overlooked in healthcare. Patients may feel unwell, have labs drawn, and be told everything looks normal without fully understanding what’s happening. Amelia Health was born to address these gaps and create a better model of care that truly meets women’s needs. It was a natural extension of the insights they gained from serving women in aesthetics.

Community engagement and partnerships. Supporting women-owned and women-led businesses in Raleigh is also a big part of what they do. We’ve worked together with Amelia Aesthetics on community events like the annual Kentucky Derby party, which has become a tradition we look forward to every year. Partnering with other local businesses that care about the community as much as we do is both rewarding and fun, and it’s a joy to share these experiences across industries.

At Amelia Aesthetics, putting women first shows up in the way they design their spaces, processes, and interactions. Working with the Amelia team has allowed us to apply the same thoughtful, collaborative approach to our own work.

Working with Amelia Aesthetics gives us the chance to see firsthand how intentional care can make a difference, and that perspective carried over when we helped Gianna buy her first home. She shared that buying a house felt surprisingly easy and guided, much like the patient experience at Amelia—clear, supportive, and thoughtful every step of the way.

For us at Carolina Collective Realty, it was rewarding to provide that same sense of confidence and ease, helping her navigate the process without stress or confusion. It’s a reminder that collaboration and care can create positive, lasting impacts on the people we work with.
